Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Items being returned or exchanged must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Custom made items will be charged a restocking fee of 50% of the total cost, due at the time the return is initiated.
  • Any shipping fees will be at the customers expense.
  • Completion time for replacement products can take up to thirty (30) days.
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method can take up to (30) days before receiving.
